Better Use of AI / ML, IOT and Data Science in DevSecOps and SRE – Internally

DENVER, September 30, 2021 –CSG® (NASDAQ: CSGS) today announced that the company has been recognized by Asia’s Largest DevSecOps Conference, DevOps India Summit, as the winner of Best Use of AI / ML, IOT and data science in DevSecOps and SRE – Inhouse. DevOps India Summit Awards 2021 is the world’s premier award on DevOps and SRE recognizing excellence in the areas of DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE and the use of AI / ML, IoT and data science in the field of improvement of DevOps, DevSecOps and SRE.

During the event, CSG showcased its own “Machine Learning Based Resolution Optimizer”, an internal asset designed and developed to support service delivery and operations. The Resolution Optimizer has reduced the average time to resolution of service requests, serving as a catalyst for faster and more accurate resolution of service requests raised by end customers and leading to better customer satisfaction. Additionally, system administrators have benefited from greater efficiency in increasing productivity and handling more service requests, further reducing resolution time for customers.
