Seo brings over three decades of executive leadership experience in financial management, including implementing operational controls; technical accounting; forecast; Internal Audit; regulatory management, including SEC reports; mergers and acquisitions (M&A); and information technology (IT), for several leading commercial banks.
As former CFO of Pacific Union Bank, Seo successfully prepared and guided the organization through a NASDAQ-listed initial public offering (IPO) and oversaw investor relations for the US-listed bank. stock Exchange. Most recently, Seo served as CFO of Ohana Pacific Bank in Honolulu. Seo also held senior finance positions at Cathay Bank, where she participated in the successful acquisitions of First Public Savings Bank and Golden City Commercial Bank, overseeing the consolidation and integration of financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Seo started his financial career at Sumitomo Bank Limited.
