NEW YORK–(COMMERCIAL THREAD) – Houlihan Lokey (NYSE: HLI), the global investment bank, today announced that Geoff Wilson has joined the company as Managing Director of Power & Utilities Group. He is based in New York and will focus on the renewable energy sector.

Mr. Wilson joins Houlihan Lokey from Whitehall & Company where he was Managing Director and helped lead the establishment of his renewable energy investment banking practice. Prior to Whitehall, he spent nearly 15 years at McManus & Miles, where he was also Managing Director and executed both seller-side M&A transactions and tax capital increases. Previous experience also includes roles within the Global Energy and Power group of Merrill Lynch and the Specialty Finance group of Bank of America.
